2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• One person may not create multiple accounts; duplicate accounts may be removed

6. ConsultWithAstro Specific Terms

• Astrology consultations are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only
• Consultations do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
• Astrologers are independent contractors; GenuineTechlab is a platform facilitator
• Consultation fees are charged per minute or as flat packages as displayed
• Recorded sessions may be used for quality assurance with your consent
• Users must be 18+ to book consultations without parental consent
• GenuineTechlab does not guarantee any specific outcome from consultations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GenuineTechlab's platforms — including text, graphics, logos, software code, and design — is owned by GenuineTechlab Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• User-generated content: you retain ownership but grant us a license to display it on our platforms
• GenuineTechlab® and product names are registered trademarks

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GenuineTechlab's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for third-party vendor/astrologer services, actions, or omissions
• We are not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond our control

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our Services
• Astrology readings are for guidance only — not a substitute for professional advice
• Product information on OrganicBazarOnline is provided by vendors; verify independently

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenuineTechlab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of dues
• At your request (account deletion)

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.

13. Changes to Terms

GenuineTechlab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platforms with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
